Back to who it all began with- Henry Creel/Vecna, otherwise known as 001.
In the scenes before El cast 001 out of this world, I could still feel his soul present. Maybe not necessarily a soul, but hope of a return to the good side. He still had a spark in his eyes that showed compassion and a wanting to connect with other beings.
This color captures that light. It’s a neutral blue grey with sage undertones. All skeins shown on the first picture are superwash. The tweed takes the color a bit more muted than the other superwash blends.
In the second picture, you’ll see if on my favorite base, our yak silk merino blend. The natural grey of the base enhances the grey tone with more of a sagey grey finish.
The third pic is even a bit different with pictures on Suri (bottom) and mohair (top). It gives more of a washed steely light blue. And lastly, the third picture with organic NSW blends give the same light magical hue as the Suri.
This is THE colorway I didn’t know I needed to round out the tonals. However when dyeing pans and pans of Hive Mind for the first round, I fell in love with this delicate base layer. I knew I HAD to have it. And really wanted to bring it to you all too!
